A properly trained home inspector will review your house as a system, looking at how one component of the house might affect the operability or lifespan of another. The home inspector will perform a comprehensive visual inspection to assess the condition of the house and all of its systems. The inspector will determine the components that are not performing properly as well as items that are beyond their useful life or are unsafe, and also identify areas where repairs may be needed or where there may have been problems in the past.

Major services being offered are as followings:

  • Pre-purchase inspection
  • Pre-sale or listing inspection
  • Post-completion inspection
  • Code inspection
  • Safer-home inspection
  • During renovation or construction inspection

All the mentioned services should be clear by the nature of their names except the safer-home which will briefly explained below.

The safer-home inspection is to inspect, and provide certification-for the building in question- for the use of Seniors or disabled people in future with the use of standards provided by Safer home Standard Society. For further information use the link provided (Saferhome society)

Each of the mentioned services will be followed by a walk-through review with the client and explain about any possible observed problems.

After inspection and within 48 hours a narrative (not a checklist), comprehensive, and a non-judgmental inspection report with attached pictures-as complete as of a picture- will be provided. This report is detailed information about all parts of the building with the required recommendations if needed.
